Yoga for Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond Thursdays 6-7.15pm at TDLP 2 mins from Brockley station

Tuesdays 1.30-2.30pm on-going class - please get in touch before you come for the first time

Concessions available with proof of benefit receipt (cheque or cash only). Twins welcome no extra cost.

Postnatal Yoga class without babies - coming soon, email to register your interest.

Private group classes available: why not host a Pregnancy Yoga class or Mum & baby Yoga class in the comfort of your own home (or book the studio) for you and a friend or small group of friends/your NCT group.
